The Pelican Brief added to See the Movie Read the Book Directory under Classic Dramas and Documentaries.Based on the novel by John Grisham, this is the story of a law student (Julia Roberts) who uncovers the plot behind the assassination of two Supreme Court justices. Denzel Washington plays the journalist who comes to her aid, helping her survive when her detective works gets too close to explosing the culprits.
